FAQ

  • What is your capacity?
    Our max capacity is 25.
  • What are your hours?
    All events hosted by Aya Studio will have published hours. The venue can be booked from 7:00am - 10:00pm. (Host can remain on site to 11:00pm for clean up, guest must leave by 10:00pm)
  • Is décor included?
    No, décor is not included. The guest are responsible to bring their own décor. Please note the follow items are not permitted, confetti, glitter, tape on walls, command products. Their are hooks throughout the venue to hang light weight items.
  • What size tablecloths do I need.
    6 x 30 tables Coverage to the floor : 132 x 90 Coverage to lap height: 102x 60 Spandex cloths work as well. 36" Round Tables Used @ 42" (standing cocktail) 120" to the floor Used @ 42" (standing cocktail) 132" to the floor with center tie Used @ 30" (seating height) 96" to the floor Used @ 30" (seating height) 66" to lap
  • Is alcohol allowed?
    We are a BYOB establishment. Beer, Wine, Champagne, Wine Coolers, Sangria is permissible.
  • Is there parking?
    We do not have an parking lot, there is street parking on Washington Ave. There is a commuter lot 1 block away on 25 Legion Dr, Bergenfield, NJ 07621. Please be sure to follow all parking laws.
  • How do I book?
    Please click here to fill out a request form. You will be contacted soon after.
  • What forms of payments do you accept?
    Cash is preferred via Zelle, Venmo or Cashapp. When paying via a credit card you must upload a copy of your State Issued ID.
  • Is there a incidental fee?
    Yes, the fee is a percentage of your overall booking cost. This will be presented to along with proposal. This fee must be paid in cash or sent via Zelle, Venmo or Cashapp. It will be returned 2-3 business day after your event provided no damaged is caused.
  • Are there cameras on site?
    Yes, the venue is equipped with security cameras. Please note these are not actively monitored and will be used to inspect the venue post event if a problem is reported.
  • How far in advance do I need to book?
    Ideally we suggest booking at least 6-weeks before your event date. However if the date is still open events can be booked with less notice. 50% is due at the time of booking, the balance is due 3 weeks before your event date. If you start the process less than a month before your event full payment is due at the time of booking.
  • Can I have a DJ
    You can use a DJ, but no amplified music. The studio is equipped with Bluetooth speakers, which must be used for all audio needs.
  • What's near by?
    During your event you may have a last minute needs. The following stores are close by Dollar Tree 7/11 Stop and Shop Aldi Walgreens Dollar General Staples
